For this reason, higher education institutions with postgraduate in these areas they have to constantly update themselves and carry out surveillance on the relevance of its contents and the denomination of the academic offer of its advanced training programs. In this sense, a postgraduate program in management will contribute to the development of skills in professionals to solve business problems to the extent that they are offered training based on in the current tendencies of research in management, guaranteeing a training that provides local solutions based on a global approach. The field of management knowledge is quite broad and covers areas such as the general management of companies and organizations, management logistics, project management, human talent management, financial management, marketing management among others. All these areas allow approaching from different approaches the integral management of an organization in order to achieve the objectives traced by properly using the resources available to thus obtain efficiency and effectiveness for a competitiveness that will be reflected in the development business, social and economic of society. The objective of this book is to provide reviews of the state of the art in management, logistics management, project management, human talent management, management financial and marketing management in order to determine the main topics that are addressed in each area of knowledge, as well as establishing the relevance of the denomination and contents of the specialization postgraduate programs of the CEIPA University Foundation. We hope that through this book readers obtain knowledge of the themes and lines of research that are a trend in the long, medium and short term to align efforts that allow the development of curricular content and research products that respond to the real needs detected in high-impact databases academic-scientific. 10 We are deeply grateful to all the authors who contributed with the elaboration of each of the chapters in which the revision of the state is presented of the art of each of the areas of study mentioned above through of his high training, knowledge and expertise. We also want to make a tribute to the teacher-researcher Jairo Antonio Rodas Areiza since, in his last days of life dedicated to academia and research, managed to give us a great contribution through the preparation of the last chapter of this book.
