Fortunately, the evolution of the world has led to changing concepts and paradigms that have allowed the birth of therapists, coaches, advisors and counselors who have the training and the ability to visualize a conflict situation from various perspectives and display a range of possibilities to solve the problems. The start for consulting companies was not easy, because achieving recognition, confidence in what was offered and achieve acceptance of the role they should assume as business or tax auditors organization was complicated. However, as every beginning, there is a universe of possibilities for make a name for yourself, gain a position with a infallible formula that is professionalism, empathy, discipline, responsibility and commitment. It was a complex process, but when the results yielded data and tools that facilitated accurate diagnoses, companies began to believe and take seriously the recommendations and suggestions of the consultants to facilitate the decision of decisions.
