Some variables to describe and analyze, such as the blood donation culture in the department, the structure of the departmental blood network and the adherence and competitiveness of its main actors, were the pillars for the development of a proposal framed in the strategic improvement of the Antioquia departmental blood network, also based on the incorporation of TEAM FOCUS components addressing the main tools that guarantee a consultancy methodology applied and focused on the search and approach of possible solutions that positively impact the main challenges of the departmental network of Antioquian blood. Finally, and with the approach to the variables already described, it will be presented in the format of consultancy a diagnosis and a recommended solution derived from the analysis of the challenges and the hypotheses that integrate them to arrive at the design of a plan that allows the execution and measurement of the possible solutions proposed, which will not only contribute to strengthening the organization, but also to strengthening the blood donation culture of the department of Antioquia in search of the common good
