The teaching case called Building a entrepreneurship: current affairs of Ben Vela Montilva, shows the analysis of the construction and valuation of the feasibility of a new business from various points of view, with the intention that the participant values ​​the importance of creating structure of a project, but without neglecting the uncertainty and risks inherent in the field of business. In this case, the engineer Ben Vela Montilva is convinced that his experience will help him carry out successfully carried out the undertaking, however, his training, viewed objectively, presents a series of weaknesses in the administrative area that you must master or at least learn to handle to be able to develop the basic activities of the different activities that the operation of a company demands to meet the objectives.
